This work consists on a restoration with partial demolition and reconstruction of ex Binda paper industry along alzaia naviglio pavese in Milan. The layout of the complex follow the geometry of the canal and it overlooks three inner courtyard. The industrial typology allowed to create different kind of apartments, from one room apartmens to four rooms apartments, or lofts and terraced houses too.
Each room has big windows and high ceilings with wood beams and structure on sight.
The complex has a centrilized heating system. The electrical system is equipped with home automation for managing systems able to change in order to answer to new possible housing needs.
