The Housing MA7 ( Marco Aurelio 7), building B, is part of the complex with the restoration of the building A. It is a four floors housing exposing to inner court, characterized by a steel structure, wood slab, plasterboard walls. We chose to adopt a dry construction technology to reduce time of construction and to reduce the weight of the structure.
On each floor there is one apartment made of two locals: living + kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a walk-in-closet and a big loggia on the entrance that exposes to the courtyard. The loggia has a shadow system with wood horizontal elements that give horizontality to the facade.
The big window between living and the loggia allows a continuity between external and inner spaces.
Thanks to technology solution adopted, the buildings reached A+ energetic class with low consumption and low impact to environment.
