Masterplan ex camp Motta area in Pallalanza (VB)

The area of the project is the area of the ex Motta camp in Pallanza, near Maggiore lake and created in 1924 for Edison workers.
The project forecasts the conversion of the complex from a camp to a tourist resort with a volume of 90.000 mc.
The principal aim of the project is to propose a tourist resort more structured than possible regarding building typologies offers and in order to become a real magnet for people spending its free time.
The choice to reuse almost all the existing structures acting on actual building is fundamental.
Referring to landscape, we identified green wooded protective and filtering areas with the creation of new connection ways for cars, pedestrian and cyclable, as well as two areas dedicated to sports fields and swimming pool.
