Preliminary project of a masterplan for Eurograd

Designing this masterplan had different levels of complexity. It is an expansion of the city in an area of 1.000.000 sqm on which provide a functional mixitè, new transport system and new infrastructure to connect to the town. We could try different kind of typologies: block, tower, terraced house.
Guide principles have been:
Flexibility of the volumetric plan, flexibility of apartments, sustainability, low consumption. The need to create a functional mix bring us to public services, buildings, health buildings, commercial areas and offices. Business district has a vertical development with 40 floors and a solid core in which you can find elevators and service rooms in order to have the maximum flexibility for inner spaces. We adopted technologies solutions such as double curtain wall with a shading photovoltaic system in order to reduce consumption.
