New nursing home in Legnano

The new RSA, which will house up to 100 non-self-sufficient senior citizens, will rise on a regular shaped slope. The proposal provided some expedients in order to reduce the environmental impact:

• limit for the high of the building;
• functional and physical contiguity between the existing and future health facility, realized through the creation of the urban park as a solution able to preserve the most valuable forest trees in the area and maintain functional independence;
• integration of new green areas and existing areas;
• energy and resources saving by providing technical solutions and choice of materials aimed at containing energy in its various forms.
