Competition project of a residential building with high performance and low cost

The themes that oriented the project are:

• living quality from a climatic point of view, core sevices to housing, safety, assistence to residents, green areas usable as vegetable garden;
• flexibility of the building because it’s realized starting from two indipendent modules that can be combined into numerous variants, and flexibility of apartments in order to answer to housing needs without a hard reproject and without expanding the building;
• prefabrication of structure, stairs, toilets;
• modularity of facade panels, of curved balconies, of windows with a double shading sliding system.
