The Housing MA7 ( Marco Aurelio 7) is a residential complex built starting from the complete restoration of a traditional thirties Milan building, located in a urban transformation and requalification area, served by commercial activities, public services, mode of transport.
The housing expresses both original elements both traditional ones, thanks to a consolidated and severe architectural style able to resist during time thanks to the integration on the internal facade of a highly distinctive element made of steel and wood, used for the construction of loggia and the camouflage of the new lift too.
All public areas have been completely restored, entrance hall, stairs, systems in common.
We worked hard on single apartments in order to optimize comfort and livability by means of modern technical solution respecting rules and regulations.
